What could be improved

Definitely your switchboard service yesterday. It took 33 minutes to get through, today I had to put the phone down after 45 minutes after still not getting an answer. I was told yesterday that they had 3 people answering calls. THIS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED. Your are seriously out of order and after reading other blogs you are upsetting a lot of people and I have never experienced this with any other hospital. If you are so busy, please employ more people there are a lot of people out there who would be glad of a job.
