"absolutely appalled"

I booked time off work so that I could attending a follow up appointment. I arrived 30 minutes before the actual appointment so as to not be late however I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours. When I was finally seen, I was seen by a registrar of the main consultant of the clinic. Their behavior and conduct towards myself was totally unprofessional they were in a rush as they had been running late and ended up being verbally abusive towards me and finished the appointment within the space of 10 minutes. I reported a complaint with PALS in regards to that registrar. I hope that they do not behave in the same way with other patients.
