What I liked

nothing absolutely disgusted with so called service

What could be improved

patient care would be a good start with doctors being more respectful to their patients and not thinking they are better than anyone else with special attention to bedside manor

my stepson went to this hospital as was sent by his gp regarding an abscess at the back of his neck that needed to be removed after waiting for four hours we finally got to see a doctor who prodded and probed and caused more pain and discomfort as necessary we were so disgusted with the treatment that was received we ended up walking out of this so called hospital and my stepson said he would rather wait in agony for this abscess to burst on its own accord. i would not recommend this hospital to anyone and would rather travel to a neighbouring hospital to get better care and service as the L and D doesn't no how this is done.

We are sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory visit to the Emergency area. In order to ensure that the issue can be addressed properly it would help us to have more detail. This will help us to identify whether you attended the clinic for minor injuries, which is run by a separate urgent care provider provided by the local PCT, or if you were seen by the A&E run by the L&D hospital.
