I would like to thank E N T department for there friendly Service and how everyone spoke to me like i was a human being.

I will tell you my story it started with my doctor finding my calcium was high in december, I paid private to see a ent doctor because i really wanted to find out early, they recomended me to a surgeon which was not from kingmill, i paid to see him he put me on nhs as i could not pay private told him i need to have opp before april the 25th well i waited and got messed around lied to and when ask how he was operating he said i will cut were the lump is not impress, well my nhs appointment came though for kingsmill i decide i wanted a second appion so i went to my appointment i arrived hour early they saw me a hour early did not let me wait everyone was smiling the ent doctor saw me i explained, they referried me to the surgeon said to me i would get a date in about two weeks, well i got my appointment with in the one week i saw a surgeon who was brill and explained to me were they would cut, appolgise that i would have to go to the back of the que i felt i could trust this doctor and i was right.

i had the surgery the team were great and could not fault anyone from the reception i have since then see a customer of mine who had the opp with the other surgeon and she had nothing but problems they cut into her thoath and they did not relise she was in hospital for 6 days i came out of opp at 6.00 pm and at home at 8.30 pm if all hospitals run as well as kingmill maybe nhs would not have such a bad name thumbs up and thank you again to the surgeon
