After our daughter took a little knock we headed to Children's Accident and Emergency at the RVI, and our little girl couldn't have been taken care of better, nor could we have been put at more ease. It was busy, but the nurses made sure we knew what was going on and how long we might need to wait. They explained clearly and compassionately how they would be examining our baby girl, and the doctor from the Emergency Department had some of the best bedside manner I've ever seen. There are occasions where you can be side-lined as a father in decisions or being informed, but this was definitely not the case. Exceptional team, exceptional service, and we have one safe, happy little girl!
