"Simple things prevent incompetence"

About: The Skelmersdale Walk in Centre

This is a simple one - I went to the walk in centre concerned that I may have cracked a bone in my foot. Checked in at reception (very simple straight forward process). Told them that I thought I had cracked or broken a bone and was sent to the waiting area. . . . . time passed . . . . about 90 minutes. I was called to triage and told that they had no x-ray facilities here and I needed to go to A&E. It took these supposedly competent professionals an hour and a half to realise that they didn't have an x-ray machine - priceless. Useless doesn't come close.
