(as the patient),

After the birth of my second son I was struggling to cope with my eldest boys behaviour. I was referred to Family Support by my Health Visitor and Emily came into our home to help. The impact of having Emily help us has been so beneficial to us all, she has been fantastic, not only has she taught us ways to help him manage his behaviour but us on how to keep calm in order to persevere with changing things for the better. I was sceptical at first, but the help we have received has been life changing and we cannot thank Emily enough.

Reading you comments the Health Visitor referral and the different techniques the family support worker and yourself put into practice have made a huge positive impact on the family as a whole.The fact you feel it has been 'life changin' indeed and I will ensure the praise you give to Emily is passed on to her.
