What I liked

I would like to express my thanks to the staff on duty at Hexham Hospital's Emergency Care Department on the afternoon of 6/3/10. I attended whilst visiting the area because of concerns about the possible recurrence of a health problem.

Right from booking in to seeing the Nurse Practitioner/x-ray dept and doctor the service was friendly, efficient and professional.

Thank you for your comments you have made in respect of the care you received in the Emergency Care Department at Hexham General Hospital. I will ensure these comments are passed to the staff in that Department as such positive feedback is a great boost morale.
