"Excellent service"

Following referral from my local hospital to ROH with hip pain, I had my first appointment in outpatients today following a 5 month wait. I was very impressed with all staff, excellent time management, staff polite and efficient. Procedure explained clearly. Decision made to be put on list for surgery and pre assessment completed on same day saving me a further visit to ROH prior to surgery which was a wonderful idea ! Very positive experience !
