The other day I had a procedure which took all day and was overwhelmed by the professionalism ,efficiency, kindness, consideration and caring of all staff involved from the consultant to all staff involved. I would particularly like to thank all the nurses on Rawcliffe and Winstanley ward who made a potentially unpleasant day into an enjoyable day out.
