"Patient Liaison - non existen"

About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

Currently I have been waiting for 17.36 minutes for someone to answer the phone in order for me to discuss the care of my Mum. A suggestion would be to answer the phone in order to make some improvement to what seems to be nothing more than a chaotic mess.
