just had a very positive experience of Kingston A&E.. For my Spanish husband with urine retention emergency. Very empathic staff and excellent medical attention. Our first visit to A&E full of trepidation about NHS.....only waited about half an hour to see a Doctor. nursing staff fantastic too. Thank- you to all
