About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

I had to take my sister into A&E because ambulance waiting time excessive.

From moment we arrived, getting booked in, triaged, examined and course of action discussed and agreed, the service she received as the patient and I as her sister/companion was excellent.

All staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and the doctors kept us fully informed.

Thank you to all staff, especially the doctor.
