"they have made a difficult time much easier"

I am simply writing this to say how good the level of care has been from the surgeons /consultants in the breast care team, Ms McKaskill and Mr Brown, to the breast care nurse team and to all the ward staff on Ward 27 who have been great and made a difficult time much easier with their no nonsense aproach but also with the level of care shown, I could not be happier with how things have gone so far. I wanted them to know how much I appreciate this and that you are all doing such a good job which I am sure at times is thankless.
