"Contacting the hospital"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

I have been trying to contact this hospital for 2 days. I have left messages and nobody has returned my call. I have called the main hospital number and nobody answers and the call is terminated after about a minute. I need to see my consultant asap so how else do I do this other than just turn up at clinic and demand I be seen? Totally disrespectful.
