"Cumberland Centre mis-diagnosed a broken leg"

About: Cumberland Centre

I asked the receptionist for an X-ray and they replied 'for what?'. My son was crying in agony and I suspected a broken leg. Then I didn't want to shout out my personal details for all to hear as my toddler was crying loudly so I asked to write it down. The receptionist looked very put out by this. The receptionist's attitude was not the best. the nurses were polite and helpful but they told me that my sons leg was not broken. That the injury was not skeletal. I took him to Derriford the next day as he was still in a lot of pain. My sons leg was X-rayed straight away and his tibia was broken. How difficult would it have been to X-ray it at the Cumberland Centre. I'm very upset about this.
