"Great treatment in AE"

Came into AE via ambulance with my elderly mother who was having a non stop nose bleed. Seen almost immediately by an ENT doctor who was brilliant. The doctor cauterised her nose, keeping her at her ease and telling her constantly what the doctor was doing. Couldn't have had better treatment.
