I had to take my 5 year old son today following a nasty crash on his bike. Despite obviously being busy everyone there from the receptionist who booked us in to the emergency nurse who butterfly stitched the wound were wonderful. My son's experience was made much more bearable by a really kind and gentle approach with everything being explained to him. I am so greatful for the NHS and the team at Stroud, thank you.
