What I liked

The staff in the Breast Unit were marvellous. I was seen within 6 days of my referral and was treated with respect, dignity and kindness by everybody I came into contact with from the Receptionist to the Consultant (who was fab!!)

What could be improved

The surroundings are tired but they have nothing to do with the way I was treated.

Anything else?

For all the bad things written about Stafford Hospital, some of which are no doubt true, I could not have been treated better and would like to thank the staff and Consultant who treated me so well.
