"Warfarin clinic"

I have been visiting the warfarin clinic since March this year and wanted to write a review. The nurses I saw regularly were excellent. I was so scared and worried about my condition but their professionalism and kindness made it a pleasure to visit! They had time to discuss and answer any questions in detail. If there is any way of recognising their hard work, they should certainly be rewarded. Thank you to 4 members of staff. Also another member of staff on the Gifford Nash day unit who's personality is a huge asset.
