What I liked
Phlebotomy staff were pleasant and efficient
What could be improved
General cleanliness
Anything else?
I have attended outpatients on two occasions, the second as a response to an invitation to start new treatment.
On the first visit I was disappointed that no further treatment options were available but accepted that all that could be done was being done.
The second visit was suggested by the consultant in order to try a further treatment. Initially on getting the letter I was emotionally confused. I had spent a month accepting the outcome of the first visit and now I was being told to come back as there was another option.
The second visit was a waste of time and I am told to return again in a few months when the other option can be considered.
While I have been invited to ask questions I have not been asked how my illness affects my daily life or what my choice of treatment would be
"Phlebotomy staff were pleasant ..."
