"ANOTHER wastage appointment"

So I visited the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital again today and after waiting 1hr 30 mins, the consultant had no idea why I was there and asked who made the appointment. This is the third time I have visited and completely wasted my time.
The emails address for PALS does not even work.
