Dear Doctor,

I would just like to say a big thank you to every single member of your staff as well as yourself.

The doctor I met early that day made sure I understood everything that I was about to go though and reassured me everything would be OK. I have to say its not what I want to go though again, but If I needed to then I would without hesitation. The care I received was excellent
