I would like to compliment your service at worcester Royal hospital. Mr Pandey has been excellent since our first point of contact through to current day which is post surgery. Amazing, he instilled such confidence, he communicated the worst news I have ever received in my life in a way that gave me confidence in him and the treatment that I would receive with sufficient information and time to digest things. My second appointment continued in a similar way, the news was the worst ever, we were given excellent support and our wishes were respected. This allowed us to complete all of the pre-op stuff at that appointment. We were then able to go away for the week before I was admitted on the following Tuesday. I have since written a blog on face book which has explained my journey through this life changing expereince. I wanted to bring it to your attention ( although not yet finished ) to allow you to help other patients in a similar situation an opportunity to read or feel comfortable to do something similar. Please feel free to contact me if I can do anything to help others.
