People take a lot for granted. People in A&E do a difficult job all hours of the day and night. My condition was not life threatening, and I felt listened to, valued and treated with respect. The staff were kind and sincere and efficient.The CDU staff were great and concerned about my pain. The ultrasound staff were very professional and kind. A service like the NHS should not be taken for granted and people at the frontline should be congratulated for their warmth depite adversity.
