About: Russells Hall Hospital

Very impressed with the assessment, communication and treatment..I was informed all the way through, the nurse in A&E was excellent, As were the staff in X-ray.the ward staff were kind and considerate, all the doctors were informative and explained what they were going to do and why about the surgery. only criticism was the food, which could have been better, but other than that, I am happy to return for follow up visits.

We are sorry to hear that you felt the food was disappointing. We have been working really hard to improve the choice of food we offer patients by involving them in surveys and food trials. As a result of this, we have increased the choice of sandwiches we offer to patients. We welcome all feedback and would like to assure you that all comments are taken seriously and acted upon as part of our ongoing commitment to improving patient experience.
