"My mum had been returned from ..."

About: Northern General Hospital

(as a relative),

What could be improved

My mum had been returned from her op to the ward. two hours after i visited she wasnt allowed out of bed but not given her glasses. so couldnt see. At 230 i asked for help to put her in her nightie but they said theyd come and help but they still hadnt come at 330 but i thought they would have made her decent for next visiting but no she had to see visitors in a backless gown . She wouldnt complain its not in her nature. At 930 i rang and theyd just helped her. Come on i know were all busy in our job but people should be made comfy.
