"Brilliant conduct"

I had day surgery today and was extremely nervous about going under general Aneastetic due to me having heart palpations and being unwell a few weeks before. Both the surgeons and all the nurses from the acad unit involved in my care were showed outstanding excellency. Not only were they professional but went above and beyond to show compassion and their duty of care towards me went much further than a typical work ethic of "just doing their job". I am so happy I had my second operation here asy first was at waling hospital where it was dirty and staff were rude and clearly couldn't care about their jobs. The nurses comforted me and helde hand after surgery as I felt ill, they adopted a very motherly approach towards me whn I really did need it and the surgeons were thorough and explained step by step risks and procedures along with displaying compassion. These staff genuinely care for people and have completely changedy mind about the nhs and their staff, intelligent, understanding and endearing. Bizarre as It may sound ,Thank you for making what i expected to be a stressful day actually a lovely stay.
