"Positive Vascular lab review"

About: Heartlands Hospital

My Mother, Gwendoline was seen by her GP on 14.6.16. The GP contacted the vascular team to discuss her symptoms and an appointment was made for her to attend the vascular lab at Heartlands Hospital on 16.6.16 for review.

We would like to express our thanks for the prompt, courteous and professional nature with which she was seen. The staff she was reviewed by were very polite and considerate to maintain my mothers dignity. She had an ultrasound scan performed quickly and the results were explained to us both in terms that could be understood. This increase in her symptoms of vascular disease was a worrying time for us but we were reassured, questions answered and concern was alleviated by the team. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation.
