The Minor Injuries Unit was pretty busy so the waiting time indicator was really useful.
My 90 year old mother was treated with respect and courtesy throughout her visit.
She was given time to walk into the treatment room.
Her injury was carefully assessed.
An opinion on further treatment was sought promptly and we left feeling reassured about her condition.
