"Appointment chaos"

About: Scunthorpe General Hospital

Although care given in the department , the appointment system is very poor. At the moment I have a written appointment for 18th and a text reminder for 19th. I have given up trying to contact the department to try to verify which is correct, no one has answered my message which I left.
