"Interviewed by a machine"

I self referred to this service and they claimed to have rung me for my initial appointment - didn't and discharged me same day. Second time round I was rung but I felt I was speaking to a computer. I was diagnosed by questionnaire and will be sent more questionnaires to fill in (2nd class) and then have another telephone assessment in a month or so. I might get to actually see someone in the Autumn?
