Nowhere to park ridiculous big lorry blocking the way out for 20 mins......told to come and collect at 12 and they have only just done procedure!! So told to come back at half 12!!! Receptionist is a completely unhelpful I would rather go to Worcester royal

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We are so sorry that on this occasion the car park was busy and a delivery was causing disruption.

We have recently taken steps to improve this, by providing an offsite car park for staff so that our patients and visitors have priority over parking; our regular patients have already noticed the difference.
