"Staff have a 'can do' attitude to meeting..."

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

I recently had to move away from the area, but valued the service I received from the hospital to the extent that I did not want to change my healthcare provider. The audiologists had understood my concern relating to an increasing level of age related hearing loss at a relatively young age and did their best to support my needs with compassion. The staff supported my wish to stay with them and have been able to arrange appointments to suit my travel needs and posted supplies to me whenever possible. This has led to patient centred care and illustrated a lack of the bureaucracy that can so often mar the patient experience.
