Nursing staff are overstretched but very friendly and helpful....

What could be improved

The nursing and auxiliary staff were untidy and the uniform or lack of it awful, scruffy black trousers and smock type tops..a really poor image. The ward I visited was crammed with patients who had very little privacy....I would be very reluctant to be an inpatient at the hospital. Management could do with a shake up if this is the best they can do....is it lack of money or lack of real committment to the staff and patients.......
