(as the patient),

I have just had an appointment for a small lump to be removed under local anaesthetic by the Plastic surgery Nurse/Deborah at Queen Margaret Hospital. My experience of this was excellent. Deborah made sure I was in no pain whatsover before she carried out the procedure. I never felt a thing. She explained everything that she was doing. She was very professional throughout.
