"Hell on Earth"

About: The Skelmersdale Walk in Centre

When I'm not feeling great the last things I want are:- a television (who is it for?), playing too loudly in my left ear, on a program that I am not interested in, out of control children being near me, staff enjoying their private conversations much too loudly in my right ear and waiting 35 mins for one patient being seen. I've no idea how capable the doctors and/or nurses are as I couldn't stand it any longer. I had to get out. My aches and pains were preferable. I was told I was next as I said I was leaving but that was the case for at least 25 mins.
