"Say your all ok but your not!"

I was referred to Rhemtology due to a chronic fracture and arthritis in my back and pain ive been through for 1year. When i saw them they dismissed this and said the x rays and MRI scans show no damage and Radiologists from the same hospital over reported and its all in my head. So all this pain and physio i had to do so can recover is all in my head?? However when i saw a specialist that i paid for to double check, they tell me i have severe arthritis & did have a fracture has stated. So why is it i see specialists via NHS who say i am fine & because i suffer from Anxiety its just that. I do have to see this department again but i do not trust them and do not trust they want to help me but just dismiss has a number. Also the receptionists assume on first visit you know what to do and get agitated if you ask questions.
