Came in for bowel cancer screening on Saturday 9 th July , the team were polite and professional , and patient , I witnessed how they dealt with other patients in the waiting room and at reception and at all times they used common courtesy and diplomacy , there seemed to be good moral and humour , I cant say I enjoyed the treatment but I was put at ease by the staff
