"exemplary care"

About: Torbay Hospital

Having been taken by ambulance to A&E with multiple brakes to my ankle I was seen and attended to by the most caring and kind staff. Returning to the fracture clinic for further Xray and possible surgery I was admitted to Ainsley ward then to Ella Rowcroft ward. Whilst awaiting a slot for surgery the team looked after me making me comfortable, managing my pain and keeping me fully informed as to the surgery time. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were always there for me with their kindness and understanding. I am so appreciative that I wish to thank all the staff from the porters to the surgeons as there care of me was without exception exemplary.
