"Accident"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I had to take Mum to hospital. Ambulance staff wipe down dirty couch to transfer Mum over then left her med bag on the work station. All good. Nurse came along. Not over friendly, but never the less did her job. Doc came taking the bag from the station, I suddenly felt wet. How disgusting a full male bed pan drop to the ground. Doc did go out and got it cleaned up. Can't believe it. I was physical sick after. It went on Mums Nippy bag too. Although I got nurse to wipe it, I am still not happy to have these bags now. A nurse did apologise. No wonder bugs stay around.
