About: Cheltenham General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I visited Cheltenham A&E after excruciating pain on my lower back. I could barely move and the nurses saw me straight away. I was seen by Doctor Vracas who listened to my issue, examined me and treated me in an amazing manner. She tried to help me with my pain by giving me the right medication and I could not ask for a better service. This is the first time I have been so pleased with a hospital treatment. Thank you Dr. Vracas, you are an asset to this hospital.
