After a long period of very bad lower back pain my wife was given an appointment at the Wessex neurological centre at Southampton General Hospital, in January 2010. This was in a resonable time of waiting.
She was told the results would be available in 3-4 weeks. It is now 8 March. After many phone calls to the secretary of the person handling her case, still nothing. So much for their targets of giving good service to us.
