I went in for a Partial menesectomy of the left knee .When i first see the surgoen the operation seemed as though it was very routine and i would be back to basic fitness in no time .Day of surgery was ok and no complaints but during my follow up appointment i was concerned that i had not had been given any physiotherapy and that my muscles in my operated leg were not working properly , well the surgeon did not want to listen to me and was raising their voice and interrupting anything i had to say and gave me a bleak outlook on the future by telling me to expect Arthritis in 8/10 years and that forget stem cell treatment as no one would offer me it , then ushered me out of the door all in 3 minutes flat for what was supposed to be a 20 minute appointment paid for by the NHS .I have since tried to contact customer services and they have been very very illusive and i always get through to an answer message .It has been a bad experience and feels like a case of : we have had the money now dont bother us ; Maybe if you are private then you are treated better but do not go here as an NHS patient
