"Shambles- Prostate Appointment 8th July 2016"

Attended on time asked to wait 1 hour well after appointment time. They then said sorry the computers down so the Dr. cant access your notes. I was then asked to take a urine flow. After an uncomfortable wait I was told the battery hadn't been charged but was in the process of doing. I was then told the machine was broken and told to go home and await notification of another appointment. I came away with doubts that I wasn't being told the truth.
