I cannot praise staff and treatment enough but I have been waiting since January 2016 for a minor operation I was told would take place in January it is now July I have rung on many occasions to be told I am on the list what happened to the 18 week maximum wait I had my pre op in December

The trust is experiencing capacity issues in some specialties, which is resulting in patients waiting longer that we would like. We apreciate that this is stressful and apologise for any delay.
