My son from Dorset who was seeing his sister went to A & E on Friday now known as Urgent care depending on what part you go with broken arm so appointment made to fracture clinic was told to phone Monday to transfer appointment to Dorset Hospital I phoned from 9am to 11.30 4 different phone numbers given one not even recognised and appointment not even on Orthopaedics system from

Urgent care was told takes 5 days (Tuesday) so they could not fax to other hospital because of weekend and Patient Services do not do appointments for Orthopaedics. Also I was meant to have fax number for other hospital as they would not have it .cheek . Really gone down hill from when I was there in 2001
