"Excellent visit to Neurosurgery Outpatients..."

The reception staff were very pleasant and gave a warm welcome, although they were very busy. The waiting area was airy and comfortable and very clean. I was greeted warmly by the Consultant who discussed fully with me about my problems and the best way forward. Nothing was too much trouble, and time was spent fully and explined throughout the examination. The X-Ray staff were also very pleasant and helpul as they too explained the different X-Rays and ensured that I only had mild discomfort. From start to finish my experience was very positive and I have every confidence that my back problems will be addressed.
