There's been a definite improvement, noticeable to myself and to others, since using this service. I've learnt a lot about how anxiety works, how it affects me, and how it's impacted on my life. I've learnt a lot of useful techniques that I will continue to use. It's also helped me to overcome problems that have occured throughout the course of therapy, dealing with problems without them becoming a lot worse.
