"impressed with staff friendliness"

I would just like to say i was very impressed with the receptionist/nurse, they were very friendly and helpful and we had a nice chat and even though i am in a wheelchair the receptionist/nurse talked to me like i am a normal person, which i find is rare, but very much appreciated and i was overall impressed with their attitude and friendly manner.
